A: Lateral neck flexion and rotation when alone, neck flexion when combined
Pectoralis Mojor- O:clavicle
I:Humerus
A: Adduction of arm
Pectoralis Minor- O: Ribs 3-5
I:Scapula
A: Draws scapula fowards and downwards as well as help elevate ribs
External and internal oblique- O: Ribs 5-12
I: Ilium
A: Rotation of vertebral column, flexes vertebral column, Lateral flexion
Transverse abdominis- O: Ilium and ribs 6-12
I: Xiphoid process and pubis
A: Compresses abdomen
Rectus Abdominis- O: Pubis
